Why I Got Involved In Teaching Group Exercise
I have always had a passion for Fitness and after I had my son, 11 years ago, I started turning that passion and getting different certifications to help others to keep moving and staying fit. I now hold Group Fitness certification AFAA, as well as my Personal Training certification with NASM, and my Yoga Alliance 200 RYT.
What Motivates Me To Keep In Shape
Keeping motivated is a lifestyle that keeps me young and it is definitely my sanity and my me time!
Why My Class Is Unique
I keep it fresh and try to change up my classes to keep them interesting and working the body, the muscles in different ways.
