CITY OF DES PERES

FURNITURE DESIGN, PROCUREMENT, AND INSTALLATION 

The City of Des Peres hereby gives notice that sealed bid proposals for “FURNITURE DESIGN, PROCUREMENT, AND INSTALLATION SERVICES”. Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 am on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at Des Peres City Hall, 12325 Manchester Road, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

Bids should be submitted in duplicate in a sealed envelope clearly marked “FURNITURE PROPOSAL” and include the name of the bidder and date and time of the bid deadline on the front of the envelope to:

The Request for Qualifications documents are available on the city website or can be obtained in the Office of the City Clerk. Bids may be delivered in person, by carrier or by mail. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to see that his/her bid is received in proper time. 

At no time shall the applicant, its’ agent, representatives, or contracted personnel contact or otherwise communicate with City Personnel. All questions relating to the RFQ are to be addressed to:
