FIELD RENTAL INFORMATION
BASEBALL FIELD RENTAL (MARCH - JULY ONLY)
Beginning January 1, we will be accepting lottery applications for baseball/softball field season permits. The City of Des Peres will be assigning fields through a lottery system. The first lottery is for teams with 50% or more Des Peres residents. The second lottery is a priority allocation system for teams with less than 50% Des Peres residents. These lotteries will be held Tuesday, February 13, at 6:00 p.m., in the Oak Room at The Lodge Des Peres. Season permits will be available March 18 – July 21. For more information regarding the lottery details, deadlines, application and fees, please contact Darryl Miller at 314.835.6164 or Darryl Miller. After the lotteries are held, fields will be rented on a first come, first served basis. Application deadline February 11.

- Pioneer Park - 1 Field available for 10U and under teams (Practice Only)
BASEBALL/SOFTBALL PERMIT FEES
- $330 for a Resident Team Season Permit
- $550 for a Non-Resident Team Season Permit
- $35 for a Resident 2 Hour Permit
- $55 for a Non-Resident 2 Hour Permit
SOCCER FIELD RENTAL (AUGUST - NOVEMBER ONLY)
Beginning May 1, we will be accepting lottery applications for fall soccer field season permits. The City of Des Peres will assign fields through the lottery system. We will have two lotteries on Tuesday, June 13, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Lodge Conference Room. The first lottery is for teams with 50% or more Des Peres Residents. The second lottery is a priority allocation system for teams with less than 50% Des Peres Residents. Season permits are for August 7 – November 5. After these lotteries, fields will be first come, first serve, so remember to obtain your application in April. All applications are due to Darryl Miller by June 11 at 6 p.m. in the Parks and Recreation office at The Lodge.
