Citizen Satisfaction Survey

The City of Des Peres periodically surveys its residents to gauge our collective performance as a community on the basis of statistically valid survey data which is gathered by an independent party (ETC Institute since 2014) to ensure the findings are both accurate and unbiased. Those findings (linked below) have since proven to be instrumental in shaping our approach for allocating resources and setting operational priorities – the logic being that Des Peres residents likely have an opinion about the quantity and quality of services in which they receive and rightfully deserve the opportunity to voice those opinions offering valuable input for the city to draw from.
