Get fit and stay fit with a Lodge Personal Trainer in our Boot Camp! This program takes place in the great outdoors in beautiful Des Peres Park. Personal Trainer, Stephen Wilkinson, will guide you through traditional callisthenic and bodyweight exercises along with cardio interval training, speed and endurance drills. This class is the perfect combination of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), functional fitness and high rep strength training. Our goal is to offer encouragement and to keep you guessing at what is coming next! Commit to this twice per week program, to get fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people. Participants should bring their own mat or towel. Minimum 6/Maximum 18
Cost: $120/Member & Resident; $144/Non-Resident (6 weeks)
