Stretch, tone and relax your body with a certified Yoga instructor, as they lead you through Yoga routines to help balance not only your body, but also your mind. Strengthen and lengthen the muscles of your body to increase the quality of your day-to-day life and activities. Use controlled breathing to relax your mind and leave you feeling calm and centered. Enjoy this holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. This 8-week class meets at our City Studio located in our City Hall Building. In the event of good weather the class may shift outdoors to enjoy Des Peres Park. All levels are welcome. Due to COVID-19, bring your own mat. 
Cost: $72/Member & Resident; $87/Non-Resident (9 weeks)
