Street Infrastructure Fee
  • This is required based on front footage and is equal to cost to construct concrete curbs and asphalt street for one-half of the roadway.
  • The estimated cost is $4,200 for 100 feet of frontage.
  • The money is to be placed into street reconstruction fund with every attempt made to spend that money in neighborhood where generated.

Permit Expiration
  • Building permits expire 12 months from date of issuance.
  • A renewal permit may be obtained for up to six months with filing of $10,000 escrow guaranteeing completion.
