YOUTH TECH SUMMER CAMPS
INTRO TO VIDEO GAME DESIGN CAMP

Do you want to create video games? This is an introductory course for younger students who want to learn how to build simple video games. This course combines the art of video game design and animation to create interactive characters that fly around the screen that will amaze your friends and family. Make it a full-day camp by adding another Lodge half-day camp, Lunch Bunch or Camp Extras to your registration! VIDEO GAME DESIGN CAMP
This course provides students, ages 10 – 17, with a fun interactive look at the world of video game design and development. Students enrolled in this camp will learn the basics of video game design and produce several different interactive video games to share with their friends and family. Make it a full-day camp by adding another Lodge half-day camp, Lunch Bunch or Camp Extras to your registration! Due to additional camp forms required for your child’s safety, registration will only be taken online at www.TheLodgeDesPeres.com. Registration is the Tuesday before camp starts. Minimum 5/Maximum 12

GAMING ACADEMY
The Gaming Academy is an all day course for students who love games. During this course, students will be immersed into the works of 2D and 3D game design. The gaming academy is a combination of our Video Game Design, and 3D Game Design courses. The course offers students a variety of hands on experience designing and building their very own games. Students should bring a peanut/tree nut free snack, sack lunch and drink. Classroom computers provided. Make it a full-day camp by adding morning or afternoon Camp Extras to your registration! Due to additional camp forms required for your child’s safety, registration will only be taken online at www.TheLodgeDesPeres.com. Registration deadline is June 27. Minimum 5/Maximum 8

ROBOTICS
This course offers hands-on opportunities to build and program robots. Working in small teams, students will design robotics systems using LEGO® Mindstorms to compete in fun real-world activities. Each day will bring a new challenge, and your team's robot will have to morph to better adapt and compete. Students will compete in the battle bots competition at the end of the camp to prove their robot is the best. This class is perfect for the student who has a big imagination and likes to build. Make it a full-day camp by adding another Lodge half-day camp, Lunch Bunch or Camp Extras to your registration! Camp Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a full refund participants must withdraw from camp by Noon the Friday prior to camp beginning. Any withdrawals after Friday at Noon will be charged a 75% cancellation fee.
