Tai Chi combines moving Yoga, Qigong, mediation and traditional Chinese martial arts. Students will learn the basic form of Yang Style Tai Chi, the principle and philosophy of Tai Chi and some fundamentals of Chinese traditional medicine. About Arthur:
Master Arthur Du, born in 1963, started his martial arts and Chinese medicine promotion when he was a child by following many grand masters in China. He has won championships several times in both international and national Tai Chi competitions. Also, he has rich experiences teaching Tai Chi, Xing Yi and Ba Gua in a new way, the anti-aging method, involving theories in the areas on Tai Chi Yin-Yang, the Five Elements, and Chinese Medicine.
