Trying to lose weight, improve your athletic performance or get feedback on the overall nutritional quality of your diet? Using customized nutrition software, The Lodge dietitian, Lori Richardson, can tailor a meal plan specifically for you. Upon an initial consultation, a weekly meal plan with daily menus will be created to meet your individual preferences and goals. Specific modifications such as gluten-free, high protein, lactose free and more can be incorporated. Follow up can be in person, by phone or email. Lori Richardson RD, CSSD, LD, is a registered and licensed dietitian in the state of Missouri and is Board Certified as a Specialist in Sports Dietetics. She has been practicing nutrition since 2003 and has a passion for the health and well-being of her clients.
