You can schedule a building inspection by emailing our Public Works Department at Permits@DesPeresMO.org Please provide Permit number, address, inspection type, requested time (must give 24h notice) and contact name/phone.

To request a police report, please use the following Open Records Portal to request a specific document. For questions regarding police reports, you may also contact the Public Safety Department directly at 314-835-6235 Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 7:00pm.

The Des Peres Department of Public Safety offers tours of the Public Safety building. As this is a public safety building, tours include police, fire and EMS facilities and equipment. Short, topic specific informational talks can be included in the tours, depending on the group, amount of time and request. For additional information or to schedule a tour please contact Captain Dale Fiala at 314-835-6231.
You can stop by the Public Safety Department or print a copy of our “Out of Town Notification” form in the “forms” section. Fill out and return to the Des Peres Department of Public Safety, 1000 N Ballas, Des Peres MO 63131 or fax to 314-835-6205. You may also submit the form electronically at Vacation Home Watch.
