LODGE PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM


All Lodge Personal Trainers are nationally-certified fitness professionals with 20 years of combined experience in assisting clients meet their goals. Our professionals are here to help guide members on how to fit fitness into their busy lifestyles. Each new client receives a comprehensive fitness assessment to assess their current level of fitness, so that the trainer can design an individualized exercise program. Have kids? No problem! We offer affordable Tot Care for your child to have fun and be safe while you take care of yourself!

The Fitness Supervisor will then contact you to schedule you with a personal trainer. 
 

JUMP START PACKAGE - $125


This option is available for all NEW clients to our personal training program. The Jump Start Package is 3 sessions with one of our nationally certified personal trainers. The first session will be a fitness assessment with the remaining two appointments executing the exercise program that has been designed for you. This special is only available once to a new client. ONE-ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING


Youth and adults can choose 60, 45 or 30 minutes to train with a nationally accredited personal trainer. You will receive one on one instruction and an exercise plan that is specifically catered towards your fitness goals. 30-minute sessions are designed for youths or someone who is just beginning an exercise program and not physically ready for the intensity of more than 30 minutes. GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING


Prices listed are per person. Group Training is great for friends, co-workers, family members wanting to get in shape together in a fun, personalized environment. Packages are available in 60, 45 or 30 minute length sessions. This is a great option for you and a friend or relative, to get some individual instruction along with the camaraderie of training in a small group at a fraction of the cost of individual training.

Payment is required before services are rendered either at the fitness center or online by clicking the package link above. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. 


YOUTH PERSONAL TRAINING / SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING

Does your child need to lose weight and be more active? Are you interested in getting your child an athletic edge over the competition? Then check into Lodge Personal Training. We have trainers that specialize in improving your child’s overall health and can focus on speed, agility, power, endurance and body control that will translate into improvement in his or her sport or just better quality of life. We also offer Youth Fitness Orientations classes for kids, ages 12 - 15, to get access to The Lodge Fitness Center and to learn how to safely use it.


ALLEVIATE YOUR PAIN BY TRAINING WITH MATT 

Is pain interrupting your workouts and affecting your daily life? Are you experiencing pain that is limiting how and when you can exercise? Schedule an assessment with our trainer and licensed chiropractor, Dr. Matt Strazewski, to see how he can help! Dr. Matt Strazewski is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and a licensed chiropractor. With over 10 years of experience, he specializes in helping clients with chronic pain achieve their health and fitness goals. GOLF FITNESS TRAINING WITH STEPHEN

SPEED AND AGILITY TRAINING WITH STEPHEN 

Whether you are a young teen looking to be faster for basketball or a senior looking to improve your speed on the Pickleball or Tennis court - this training is for you! Using dynamic multidirectional exercises to create quick and explosive movements, this training will take your game to the next level. FITNESS ASSSESSMENT


An assessment will consist of cardiac disease risk factor status, resting heat rate, blood pressure, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, flexibility, and posture. The assessment will last one hour.
The first session of all personal training packages will be an assessment. A fitness assessment can be a standalone purchase for members and guests that want to gauge their current fitness level. It can also be used in conjunction with any of our personal training packages where the sessions are less than 60 minutes or for client’s going in to group training.
Cost: Members/Residents $63; Non-Residents $74 
  

REFERRAL PROGRAM


If your referred friend is a new client to personal training and decides to purchase a Personal Training package at The Lodge, you will be rewarded with a $25 credit towards your next personal training package purchased. Be sure to tell your referred friend to reference you when signing up for personal training. The $25 will only be added if your name is recorded at the time the referred friend pays for the personal training package. Please also note that the $25 credit will only be offered if your Lodge account is in good standing. The Lodge Personal Training Program is outstanding and we want everyone to have an opportunity to experience the difference. Refer your friends, family, and neighbors today!
