45 PUSH: Small Group Training 

Push your body to its fullest fat burning and body sculpting potential in only 45 minutes during this 8-week program! Two days a week you will train with a certified trainer and one day a week, you will do an assigned at home workout. This class will help lead you to a stronger and healthier lifestyle and give you the confidence to achieve successful workouts on your own. All fitness levels are welcome and modifications will be provided. Due to COVID-19, no equipment will be shared and participants will spaced out for social distancing. Equipment will be disinfected before and after class. Face coverings required. All St. Louis County Health Department guidelines will be followed. Minimum 4/Maximum 6
Cost: $160/Member & Resident; $192/Non-Resident
Age: 16 and older
Time: 11 - 11:45 a.m.
