Build flexibility, strength and balance all while enjoying the beauty and serenity of the outdoors. Stretch, tone and relax your body with Yoga Instructor, Nikki Bouchein, as she leads you through Yoga routines to help balance not only your body, but also your mind. Strengthen and lengthen the muscles of your body to increase the quality of your day-to-day life and activities. Use controlled breathing to relax your mind and leave you feeling calm and centered. Enjoy this holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. This 8-week class meets in Des Peres Park to provide a spacious, beautiful setting. All levels are welcome. Due to COVID-19, bring your own mat. No equipment will be shared. This program follows all St. Louis County Health Department guidelines. Minimum 6/Maximum 18

COVID-19 Procedures
***As of 11/17, face coverings are required during this program. Participants will meet at the Des Peres Park Gazebo.  All participants should bring their own mat or towel. No equipment will be provided for participants. Participants will space out 10 feet apart on all sides. Class times will be 55-minutes in length. Pre-paid registration for class required. All St. Louis County Health Department guidelines will be followed.
