WAKE-UP & WORKOUT: 12-WEEK WELLNESS PROGRAM


Wake-Up & Workout is an easy to follow 12-week wellness program covering cardio, strength, flexibility and nutrition. All fitness sessions are Monday through Friday, beginning at 5:45 a.m. Wake-Up & Workout will jump-start your day before other responsibilities get in the way! Over $500 value! Registration deadline is January 2, 2018. Minimum 4/Maximum 6.

PROGRAM INCLUDES:


• 2, 30-minute assessments with a Certified Personal Trainer at start and end of program.
• 2 Get Tanked Body Fat Assessments at the start and end of the program (on 1/9 and 4/1)
• 46 group exercise classes Monday - Thursday at 5:45 a.m. throughout program (No class 1/1/ & 2/19)
• 12, 30-minute stretch workouts with a Certified Personal Trainer on Fridays at 6 a.m.
• Workout with a new group of friends that share the same goals!
• Expected results include: weight loss, improved flexibility, increased strength, increased endurance, increased energy, increased confidence in the fitness center and in classes!

Cost: $300/Member, $315/Resident, $360/Non-Resident

Friday, 6 – 6:30 a.m.
