Lodge Personal Trainers are nationally-certified fitness professionals with 20 years of combined experience in assisting clients meet their goals. Our professionals are here to help guide members on how to fit fitness into their busy lifestyles. Each new client receives a comprehensive fitness assessment to assess their current level of fitness, so that the trainer can design an individualized exercise program.
New Client Special
Want to get started? Try the New Client Special to get three sessions for
only $119. This option is available for all new clients to our program. The New Client Special is three sessions with a personal trainer. The first session is a fitness assessment and the remaining two appointments are focused on executing the exercise prescription that has been designed. For more information check out the

One-On-One Personal Training
Youth and adults can choose 60, 45 or 30 minutes to train with a nationally accredited personal trainer. 30-minute sessions are designed for youth or someone who is just beginning an exercise program and not physically ready for the intensity of more than 30 minutes, or someone who wants a specialty session such as 30 minutes of stretching.

Group Personal Training
Price is per person. Group Training is great for friends, co-workers, family members wanting to get in shape together in a fun, personalized environment. Packages are available in 60, 45 or 30 minute length sessions. Price is per person. Minimum 2/Maximum 6 people per session.

Appointments & Payment
All appointments are one-hour in length unless otherwise noted. Payment is required before services are rendered. All appointments and payments are taken in the Lodge Fitness Center. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
Body Fat Testing
A Lodge Personal trainer will assess client's body composition (percent of fat versus lean tissue) during the 15-minute test. Cost - $20
Fitness Assessment
An assessment will consist of cardiac disease risk factor status, resting heat rate, blood pressure, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, flexibility, and posture. The assessment will last one hour. Cost - $70
